This service is the provision of travel-related services such as transfers, vehicle arrangement, sightseeing arrangement, and guiding. After your booking is confirmed, we issue a booking confirmation (voucher) electronically. Services are provided on the transfer date / tour date you applied for.本サービスは、送迎・車両手配・観光手配・ガイド等の旅行に関する役務の提供です。ご予約確定後、当社より予約確認書（バウチャー）を電子的に発行いたします。役務は、お申込みいただいた送迎日・ツアー実施日に提供いたします。

Due to the nature of service provision, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after the service has been provided. If you cancel for your own convenience after applying, the following cancellation fees apply, counted from the day before the service date.
本サービスは役務の提供という性質上、提供後の返品・交換はお受けできません。お申込み後にお客様のご都合で解約される場合は、サービス提供日の前日から起算して下記の取消料を申し受けます。

As this service constitutes mail-order sales, the cooling-off system does not apply. If there is a defect or error in our arrangements, we will respond promptly at our own expense.
なお、本サービスは通信販売にあたるため、クーリングオフ制度の適用はありません。当社の手配内容に不備・誤りがあった場合は、当社の負担にて速やかに対応いたします。
