Article 1 (Application)第1条（適用）
These Terms apply between us and the customer regarding use of the Service. Individual provisions and notices separately established by us form part of these Terms.本規約は、本サービスの利用に関し、当社とお客様との間に適用されます。当社が別途定める個別規定、ご案内等は本規約の一部を構成します。
Article 2 (Definitions)第2条（定義）
In these Terms, "customer" means an individual or group that uses or intends to use the Service, and "supplier" means accommodation facilities, transportation providers, tourist facilities, restaurants, guides, and other businesses that provide travel services.本規約において、「お客様」とは本サービスを利用し又は利用しようとする個人又は団体をいい、「手配先」とは宿泊施設、運送機関、観光施設、飲食店、ガイドその他の旅行サービスを提供する事業者をいいます。
Article 3 (Service Content)第3条（サービス内容）
Based on your request, we arrange travel-related services ("travel services") such as transfers/chartered vehicles, accommodation, sightseeing, guiding, and interpretation, primarily in the Kanto and Kansai regions. The travel services themselves are provided by each supplier; we act as an arranger between you and the suppliers.当社は、お客様のご依頼に基づき、関東及び関西地域を中心に、送迎・貸切車両、宿泊、観光、ガイド・通訳その他の旅行に関する役務（以下「旅行サービス」といいます。）の手配を行います。旅行サービスそのものは各手配先が提供するものであり、当社はお客様と手配先との間の手配を行う立場にあります。
Article 4 (Application and Formation of Contract)第4条（申込み及び契約の成立）
You shall apply by the method prescribed by us. A contract regarding the Service is formed when we accept your application and notify you accordingly (or, for online payment, when payment is completed).お客様は、当社所定の方法によりお申込みを行うものとします。本サービスに関する契約は、当社がお申込みを承諾し、その旨をお客様に通知した時（オンライン決済の場合は決済が完了した時）に成立します。
Article 5 (Fees and Payment)第5条（料金及び支払い）
The fees, payment methods, and payment timing for the Service follow the quotation and invoice we present and the "Specified Commercial Transactions Act Notice" posted on our website. Costs other than the product price to be borne by you are also as set out in that notice.本サービスの料金、お支払い方法及び支払時期は、当社が提示する見積り、請求書及び当社ウェブサイトに掲載する「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に従います。商品代金以外にお客様にご負担いただく費用についても、同表記に定めるところによります。
Article 6 (Changes to Contract Content)第6条（契約内容の変更）
If you wish to change the itinerary, number of people, or other details after the contract is formed, please notify us promptly. Whether a change is possible is determined by supplier availability and other circumstances; any additional costs arising from a change are borne by you.お客様は、契約成立後に旅程、人数その他の内容の変更を希望する場合、速やかに当社にお申し出いただくものとします。変更の可否は手配先の状況等により決定され、変更に伴う追加費用が生じる場合は、お客様のご負担となります。
Article 7 (Cancellation by Customer / Cancellation Fees)第7条（お客様による解約・取消料）
You may cancel the Service even after the contract is formed. In that case, the cancellation fees set out in the "Specified Commercial Transactions Act Notice" posted on our website apply. As the Service consists of the provision of services, the cooling-off period for mail-order sales does not apply.お客様は、契約成立後においても本サービスを解約することができます。この場合、当社ウェブサイトに掲載する「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に定める取消料を申し受けます。本サービスは役務の提供を内容とするため、通信販売におけるクーリングオフの適用はありません。
Article 8 (Termination by the Company)第8条（当社による契約の解除）
We may terminate the contract without prior notice if you fall under any of the following:
当社は、お客様が次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合、事前の通知なく契約を解除することができます。
- ◆There is falsehood in the application details
- ◆Payment of fees cannot be confirmed
- ◆Your conduct causes significant hindrance to the arrangement or provision of travel services
- ◆You violate the prohibited matters set out in Article 12
- ◆We otherwise determine that provision of the Service is inappropriate
- ◆お申込み内容に虚偽があった場合
- ◆料金のお支払いが確認できない場合
- ◆お客様の行為により旅行サービスの手配・提供に著しい支障が生じた場合
- ◆第12条に定める禁止事項に違反した場合
- ◆その他、当社が本サービスの提供を適当でないと判断した場合
Article 9 (Our Liability)第9条（当社の責任）
If we cause damage to you through arrangement negligence due to reasons attributable to us, we are liable for that damage. However, our liability is capped at the amount of the arrangement fees you paid to us for the Service.当社は、当社の責めに帰すべき事由により、手配上の過失によってお客様に損害を与えた場合、当該損害について責任を負います。ただし、当社の責任は、お客様が当社にお支払いになった本サービスの手配に係る料金の額を上限とします。
Article 10 (Disclaimer)第10条（免責事項）
We are not liable for damage arising to you from the following:
当社は、次に掲げる事由によりお客様に生じた損害については、責任を負わないものとします。
- ◆Force majeure such as natural disasters, war, riots, epidemics, government orders, or suspension of services by transportation/accommodation providers
- ◆The content, quality, or performance of travel services provided by suppliers (except where caused by our arrangement negligence)
- ◆Your intent or negligence, violation of law, or breach of these Terms
- ◆Your own circumstances (health condition, defects in travel documents, delays, etc.)
- ◆Acts of third parties beyond our control
- ◆天災地変、戦争、暴動、感染症の流行、官公署の命令、運送・宿泊機関等によるサービス提供の中止その他の不可抗力によるもの
- ◆手配先が提供する旅行サービスの内容、品質又は履行に起因するもの（ただし、当社の手配上の過失に起因する場合を除きます。）
- ◆お客様の故意又は過失、法令違反又は本規約違反によるもの
- ◆お客様ご自身の事情（健康状態、渡航書類の不備、遅延等）によるもの
- ◆当社の管理が及ばない第三者の行為によるもの
Article 11 (Customer's Responsibilities)第11条（お客様の責任）
You shall prepare a valid passport, visa, and other documents necessary for travel at your own responsibility. You are also responsible for providing accurate information to us, and any disadvantage arising from errors in the information provided is borne by you.お客様は、有効な旅券・査証その他の渡航に必要な書類をご自身の責任で準備するものとします。また、お客様は、正確な情報を当社に提供する責任を負い、提供された情報の誤りに起因する不利益についてはお客様のご負担となります。
Article 12 (Prohibited Matters)第12条（禁止事項）
In using the Service, you must not engage in the following:
お客様は、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。
- ◆Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- ◆Acts that infringe the rights of us, suppliers, or other third parties
- ◆Providing false information
- ◆Acts that interfere with our operations
- ◆Other acts we deem inappropriate
- ◆法令又は公序良俗に反する行為
- ◆当社、手配先その他の第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- ◆虚偽の情報を提供する行為
- ◆当社の業務を妨害する行為
- ◆その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)第13条（個人情報の取扱い）
We handle your personal information appropriately in accordance with our separately established "Privacy Policy."当社は、お客様の個人情報を、別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」に従って適切に取り扱います。
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)第14条（準拠法及び管轄裁判所）
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. In the event of a dispute between us and the customer regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.本規約の準拠法は日本法とします。本サービスに関して当社とお客様との間に紛争が生じた場合は、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
Article 15 (Changes to These Terms)第15条（本規約の変更）
We may change these Terms without prior notice to customers when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on our website.当社は、必要と判断した場合、お客様への事前の通知なく本規約を変更することができます。変更後の本規約は、当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
